CBR to PDF: the RAR one

CBR is the same idea as CBZ with RAR compression instead of ZIP, which matters because RAR is proprietary and needs a licensed or reverse-engineered decompressor rather than the ZIP support built into every language. Once unpacked, the images are placed one per page in filename order, un-recompressed.
