How to Fill Out a PDF Form Online Without Adobe Acrobat

• Match the font size to the form's printed text. If the form labels are in 10pt, your entries should be close to that. Too large looks unprofessional; too small is hard to read.
• Use black text unless the form specifically asks for blue. Black scans and prints more cleanly.
• Check every page before downloading. It's easy to miss a field on page 3 of a 5-page form.
• Print a test copy if the form will be physically submitted. What looks right on screen sometimes shifts slightly on paper.
