Live clocks for every Thailand city — UTC offsets, DST status, and inter-city time gaps.
Thailand's Timezone System Explained
Thailand uses Indochina Time (ICT, UTC+7) year-round with no daylight saving time. Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Rai, and all Thai cities operate on the same fixed UTC+7 offset. ICT is shared by Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
Thailand's UTC+7 position means Bangkok is 7 hours ahead of London in winter, 6 hours ahead during BST, and 12 hours ahead of New York (EST). Jakarta and Hanoi share the same offset. Singapore and Beijing are 1 hour ahead of Bangkok.
Key time differences from Bangkok (ICT): London (GMT) is 7 hours behind in winter. New York (EST) is 12 hours behind. Dubai (GST) is 3 hours behind. Kuala Lumpur and Singapore (MYT/SGT) are 1 hour ahead. Tokyo (JST) is 2 hours ahead.
